The breakfast was satisfactory with toast topped with pate and sausage; the location was nice and absolutely perfect, the staff fairly friendly and efficient, making it a really good experience overall.

booked a room with beautiful interior design. it was a good location just next door to teh altes meisters gallery in the zwinger, and the river elba promenade.

we had a real good time in this best western hotel in dresden. the venue was clean with very amiable staff. btw, highway was close to the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely bad.

The unit was fine and quiet with beautiful interior design. the location is comfortable and unbeatable, close to the famous Zwinger and other wonderful Baroque buildings in Dresden's Centre. Good service was provided. Convenient parking is available next to the hotel.

10 min from city center, tram station 2 min walking, In front of the river. Simply cool.

There were 2 spiders on my room. Beside of that it was very clean and very good.

My room included a balcony and a safe. The location of the hotel was good, close to a train tracks. It was also so close to the centre of the town, all the other wonderful Baroque buildings in Dresden's Centre, and the vineyards beyond-er;)))

Roomy accommodations with nice decor and great views! the food here is top-notch with plenty of options to choose from 🍽️.

The rooms are fine and clean.

It was a lot further from the city center as anticipated. Trams only come once every 15 - 20 minutes and the surroundings are not so pleasant. Maybe in the summer it is nice to be at the water, but in the winter it was a bit desolate. Personel was not very helpful when we asked for a taxi. A little more customer friendliness would be appreciated.

A good standard hotel, my first choice in Dresden. Nicely furnished room, modern, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view and water. - Easy to get around Dresden with highway located close to the property.

The location of the hotel was central, right next to the famous Zwinger and all the beautiful Baroque buildings in Dresden's Centre.
